Spanish students interact with university students from Mexico
Mrs. Gilroy's Spanish III classes have created VoiceThreads about American holidays in Spanish. Professor Joaquín Sanpedro at the UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) had his students create these interactive pages for his students to communicate in English. He suggested that our classes could use these pages in multiple languages to learn. Students in both classrooms will be replying to questions recorded and attached to their original. These projects are being used in conjunction with an exchange webpage and skype to communicate in Spanish. This is the second year that Mrs. Gilroy and Professor Sanpedro have collaborated to provide opportunity for their students to reach native speakers of the language they are learning.
